Privacy Notice and Data Protection

1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller for this website is Fizyoterapist Aydın Ali, at Kelebek Sk. No: 12DA, Fethiye Mahallesi, 16140 Nilüfer/Bursa. Contact: 0538 698 45 15 — aydinsaatli@gmail.com.

2. This website has no personal-data-collecting form

Appointments are booked exclusively through Doktortakvimi; this site has no appointment or contact form requesting your name, phone number, email or health information. Information you share on Doktortakvimi is processed under that platform's own privacy policy and is never transferred to this website or its infrastructure.

Aside from the measurement tools described below, this website does not collect any personal data from its visitors.

3. Cookies and measurement tools

Google Analytics and Google Ads. Used to measure visit statistics and evaluate advertising performance. This tool is activated only when you click "Accept" on the cookie notice at the bottom of the page; from that point your IP address, device and browser information, and your browsing behaviour on the site are transferred to Google LLC, based in the United States. This transfer relies solely on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 9. If you select "Reject", no measurement cookie is loaded; your choice is stored only in your browser and is never sent to our server. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Vercel Web Analytics. Provided by the infrastructure hosting the site. It uses no cookies and does not identify visitors individually; it produces only aggregated page-view statistics. Because it processes no personal data, it requires no consent and runs independently of the consent mechanism above, at all times.

Google Maps. The map on the contact page does not load automatically. A request is sent to Google only when you press "Show map"; from that moment Google's own cookie and privacy policy applies. If you do not press the button, no connection with Google is made.

Session cookie. Created only when clinic staff log in to the management panel; it is strictly necessary for the service to work, does not cover visitors, and does not require consent.

4. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request its deletion or destruction,
• request that such action be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• object to an outcome against you produced by analysis through automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

5. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The management panel can be accessed only by authorised clinic staff through a password-protected session.

This notice took effect on 30 Ağustos 2026 and is updated when necessary; the current version is always published on this page.
