Clinical process
How is treatment carried out?
This is the question we are asked most before booking. The process runs in three stages, each with its own goal and measure of progress.
Assessment
The first session is given to assessment. We take the history of your complaint and use muscle, joint and postural testing to establish where the pain comes from. Any MRI or X-ray reports you bring are added to that picture.
Treatment
A programme is built around those findings. Manual therapy, medical device applications and exercise run together. The programme is not fixed once: it is reviewed and adjusted at every session.
Lasting results
Getting the pain under control is not the end. Strength and function work continues in the clinic's own exercise gym, and a home programme written for you keeps what you have gained.

Clinic and Exercise Gym
From assessment to function, under one roof
Rehabilitation has two stages: bringing pain under control and rebuilding the strength that was lost. Our clinic is equipped for both — assessment and manual therapy take place in the treatment rooms, while strength and functional work is carried out one-to-one in the clinic's own exercise gym.
